Pourrier, 54, of Elmore received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, complete Rule 25 chemical dependency assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Silva, 35, of Elmore received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $500, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, obtain mental health assessment and follow all recommendations, complete chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Also convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed four days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, obtain mental health assessment and follow all recommendations, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by agent, complete chemical dependency assessment and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, out-of-pocket expenses may credit against fine, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Jay M. Veith, 50, of Wells had a charge of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death continued for dismissal; one year probation to the court, no assault or disorderly conduct behaviors, no same or similar.
