Terry J. Theobald, 49, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; fined $500, sentenced to jail one day, credit for time served one day, three years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, report to agent as directed within 24 hours of sentencing, participate in counseling as directed by agent, no same or similar, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of emergency telephone calls/communications-interrupt/interfere/impede/disrupt 911 call was dismissed.

Scott A. Gosen, 52, of Wells was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $78, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 17 months, concurrent with other case, give a DNA sample when directed, prohibited from possessing a firearm or ammunition for life, don’t ship/transport/possess/receive firearms or ammunition, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more of a narcotic, and two misdemeanor charges of possess or sale small amount of marijuana-no remuneration, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were all dismissed.

Amelia L. Johnson, 33, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of issue dishonored check-value not more than $250; fined $111.72, restitution $111.72, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Shawn R. Latourell, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served three days, concurrent with other case.
