Paula D. Chavie, 56, of Faribault; Tyler O. Prestegard, 36, of Owatonna; each fined $225.

Failure to drive with due care — Robert W. McCormick, 27, of Northrop; fined $125.

Chad M. Mart, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $335, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no driving without a drivers license or insurance, no same or similar. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Blake John L. Strait, 26, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 15 days, stayed 15 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Alicia M. Handy, 41, of Mapleton was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 15 days, stayed 15 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.

Delta D. Rademaker, 45, of Ceylon was convicted of operate unregistered vehicle without plates on public streets or highway; fined $185, sentenced to jail five days, stayed five days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, all vehicles must be insured and have current registration. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Pedro Ponce Grave, 58, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100. Also convicted of limited time parking zone violation; fined $47.

Alonzo A. Harris, 34, of Truman was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 15 days, stayed 15 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charges of open bottle law-possession, and wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call, were both dismissed.

Jessica J. Godwin, 37, of Olivia was convicted on three separate charges of driving after revocation; fined $285 for each charge. Also convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of fail to yield right-of-way to driver on right at controlled intersection; fined $50.

Joshua J. Knake, 33, of Sherburn was convicted of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 28 days.

Paola A. Zumaran Urrutia, 50, of Fairmont had a felony charge of aiding an offender to avoid arrest-harbor/conceal continued for dismissal; fined $75, two years unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
