Corey L. Kuhns, 36, of Atlantic, Iowa; fined $135.

Galilea E. Jimenez-Vargas, 21, of Kaukauna, Wis.; Jetli Heng, 21, of each fined $145.

Defrosting required — Tiara G. Nietfeld, 18, of Winnebago; fined $125.

Fish and game violation-take fish without angling license — Daniel P. Burkhow, 37, of Bricelyn; fined $185.

Caleb L. Nowak, 30, of Wells was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, complete a domestic abuse program approved by an agent, continue mental health evaluation as scheduled until discharged by provider, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, submit to random searches, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.

Additional charges of domestic assault-subsequent violation, child endangerment, and reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk, were all dismissed.

MARTIN COUNTY

DISTRICT COURT

Diego A. Vera, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of operate vehicle with an expired registration; fined $115. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-driver violation was dismissed.

Theron D. Ibarra, 39, of Trimont was convicted on two separate charges of sale/possession/explode/advertise/use fireworks; fined $135 for the first charge and $100 for the second charge. Also convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185.
