Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Brandon L. Loeschen, 39, of Granada; Brandi M. Roslansky, 32, of Spencer, Iowa; each fined $110.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Kyle E. Lorentz Taylor, 36, of Fairmont; fined $135.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Audie W. Chapman, 30, of Grand Rapids; fined $285.

Fabian Rivera Gonzalez, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 305 days for two years, credit for time served 16 days, CTS includes 5 days jail and 11 days EHM concurrent with other EHM term, two years supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served 16 days, concurrent with other files, serve as home detention/electronic monitoring if eligible. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and speeding, were both dismissed.

Judith L, Walders, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal or failure; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served 30 days, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel and pay for costs, contact probation officer as directed, follow recommendations of chemical dependency assessment completed 10/29/20, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of failure to signal turn, and speeding, were both dismissed.

Edith L. Wayman, 53, of Fairmont had a felony charge of aiding an offender on probation/parole/sup Rel-A and D order continued for dismissal; two years unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.

Shawn R. Latourell, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.
