Anthony C. Russo, 50, of Delmar, Md.; fined $225.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Cody A. Dobbe, 25, of Wells; fined $110.

Move over law violation-two lanes in same direction — Jonass I. Mendoza Chavez, 42, of Chicago, Ill.; fined $135.

CMV violation-wheel and rim defects — Dean M. Johnson, 66, of Wells; fined $135.

Mathew L. Becker, 33, of Rochester was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200.

Kalynn A. Johnson-Lippstock, 27, of Bricelyn was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Juan Gomez-Perez, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Angela A. Bushlack, 51, of Wells was convicted of careless driving; fined $385, pay restitution, restitution reserved.

Tessa L. James, 36, of Blue Earth was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, can do STS for fine, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Lupe Rosillo, 60, of Winnebago was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $285. Additional charges of no proof of insurance, and possession of drug paraphernalia, were both dismissed.

Jose R. Reyes-Justiz, 54, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fish and game-take fish without a license; fined $185, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar for one year.
