Jessica L. Inglett, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of third-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel and pay the appropriate costs, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar, vehicle to be returned to defendant in civil action subject to terms of ignition interlock, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of third-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and driving after suspension, were both dismissed.

Robert F. Ryan, 61, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, chemical dependency evaluation/treatment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and open bottle law-possession, were all dismissed.

Marc E. Wiederhoeft, 31, of Truman received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, remain law-abiding, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, complete diagnostic assessment, maintain employment, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Alejandra Encina, 29, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $385. Also convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Jose A. Pablo, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of vehicle lighting-must be displayed at sunset/sunrise; fined $40. Also convicted of vehicle registration, permit and plates required; fined $30.
