Lynn T. Cole, 67, of Winnebago was convicted of dangerous weapons-recklessly handle or use; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, mental health screening, no use or possession of firearms or dangerous weapons unless approved by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.
