Tori E. Rasche, 27, of Minneapolis was convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, serve as work release, serve 30 days on electronic home monitoring with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, contact probation officer as directed, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar, remain law-abiding, report to agent as directed within 24 hours of sentencing, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were both dismissed.

Jarred J. Barton, 21, of Granite Falls received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $300, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, contact probation officer as directed, report to agent as directed, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow recommendations of recent chemical use assessment including inpatient CD programming, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Caden J. Albrecht, 19, of Mankato received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; fined $500, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, three years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training if recommended by agent, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk, and speeding, were both dismissed.

Henry O. Villanueva-Rodriguez, 24, of Bloomington, Iowa was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Juan J. Ramos Jr., 23, of Jackson was convicted of snow emergency parking violation; fined $72. Also convicted of overnight parking violation; fined $32.
