Josie L. Guthridge, 28, of Sutherland, Iowa was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Jaedon L. Erickson, 24, of Welcome was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway; fined $135. Also convicted of failure of driver to stop for stop sign; fined $135. Also convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $50.

Terry A. Adams Jr., 18, of Spirit Lake, Iowa was convicted of operate vehicle with expired registration; fined $115. Also convicted of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $100.

Jarred J. Barton, 21, of Granite Falls was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage-other circumstances; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, pay restitution within one year, report to agent as directed, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Gregory R. Valentine, 47, of Terrill, Iowa was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $2,496.68, restitution $2,496.68, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two year unsupervised probation, get finger-printed within 30 days for sentencing, no same or similar, pay restitution.

Andres C. Martinez-Sanchez, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 84 days for one year, credit for time served six days, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing.

Tanya J. Stafford, 28, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $50, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no same or similar.
