Driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type — Myra Maday Serrano, 25, of Winnebago; fined $185.

Uninsured vehicle-driver violation — Jacob D. Barber, 24, of Huntley; fined $285.

Kory M. Dikken, 28, of Blue Earth was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 361 days for two years, credit for time served four days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, only drive vehicles equipped with ignition interlock device meeting described standards, complete Driving with Care program as directed by agent, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of driving while impaired-influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Gina D. Harnack, 45, of Eyota received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a charge of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, one year supervised probation, remain law-abiding, no same or similar, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment including DWI class, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, no driving without valid drivers license and insurance, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of open bottle law-drinking and consumption, and speeding, were both dismissed.

Sean W. Madrid, 34, of St. James was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency assessment, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, no contact with victim(s), follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault was dismissed.

Gavin E. Flohre, 33, of Welcome was convicted of receiving stolen property; fined $655, restitution $320, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 245 days for two years, credit for time served 120 days, two years unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
