Driving after revocation — Casey J. Thompson, 19, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Chase S. James, 35, of Blue Earth was convicted on a felony charge of felon in possession of a firearm-convicted of crime of violence; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 60 months, stayed five years, sentence to service 40 hours for indeterminate, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, don’t enter bars or liquor stores, don’t enter any establishment where the primary source of business is the sale or service of alcohol including house parties and gatherings, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, cognitive skill training at the direction of supervising agent, sign probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted on a felony charge of fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 19 months. Also convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance sales-marijuana mixture except small amount of marijuana with no remuneration; commit to Commissioner of Corrections 19 months. Additional felony charges of felon in possession of a firearm-convicted of crime of violence, fifth-degree controlled substance sales-marijuana mixture except small amount of marijuana with no remuneration, fifth-degree controlled substance-not small amount of marijuana, receive stolen property, and misdemeanor charges of fleeing a peace officer by means other than a motor vehicle, neglect of a child-likely substantial physical or emotional harm, reckless driving-drives consciously disregarding a substantial or unjustifiable risk, third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test, fourth-degree driving while impaired, introducing contraband into jail, and driving after suspension, were all dismissed.

Kenneth D. Gay II, 43, of Blue Earth had a charge of fifth-degree assault continued for dismissal; fined $200, six months probation to the court, no same or similar. Additional charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed.

Cody C. DeHoyos, 30, of Minnesota Lake was convicted of dangerous weapons-recklessly handle or use; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, write letter of apology, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, anger management or therapy as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charges of domestic assault, and fifth-degree assault, were both dismissed.
