Jonathon M. Hall, 32, of Truman was convicted on a felony charge of predatory offender-knowingly violates registration requirements or intentionally provides false information; fined $835, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 366 days, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 45 days, credit for time served five days, must complete jail term within one year, serve as work release if eligible, five years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, report to agent as directed, follow predatory offender registration rules and regulations, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Gerardo E. Martinez Jr., 25, of St. Peter was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 60 days. Also convicted of giving peace officer false name/birthdate/ID card; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 60 days. Additional charge of fleeing a peace officer by a means other than a motor vehicle was dismissed.

Laura M. Nutt, 49, of Fairmont had a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no contact with victim(s), don’t go to the residence at 508 Tilden St. Also had a charge of trespassing on premises of another and refuse to depart continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no contact with victim(s), don’t go to the residence at 508 Tilden St.

Heriberto J. Ortiz Flores, 22, of Fairmont was convicted of operate motorized bicycle during nighttime hours without required headlight and taillight; fined $125, must pay fine within 60 days, Additional charge of give peace officer false name/birthdate/ID card was dismissed.
