Driving after revocation — Robert S. Wells, 43, of Granada; fined $185.

Crystal A. Somnis, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of fifth-degree assault-fear of bodily harm or death; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, remain law-abiding, meet with therapist at least three times to review all associated coping skills and cognitive skills and follow all recommendations of the therapist, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, no alcohol in defendant’s apartment or property, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional felony charge of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm was dismissed.

Lindsay Jo Sunken, 35, of Frost was convicted of check forgery-offer or possess with intent to defraud; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 362 days for two years, credit for time served three days, two years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, restitution reserved for 30 days, cognitive skill training if recommended by agent, no contact with victim(s), no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Juan R. Llamas Vela, 34, of Bigelow, was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $485, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 305 days for two years, serve as work release, serve with home detention/electronic monitoring, two years supervised probation, report to agent as directed within 24 hours of sentencing, do not drive without a valid drivers license, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no same or similar, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of drivers license driving restrictions-alcohol/controlled substance violation, open bottle law violation-liability of non-present owner, and failure to drive with due care-speed greater than reasonable, were all dismissed.

Jaedan E. Harlow, 19, of Welcome was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.
