Disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene — Austin A. Carlson, 27, of Minnesota Lake; fined $185.

No Minnesota drivers license — Houston S. Dimaggio, 20, of Verona, Wis.; fined $185.

Gross weight exceeds registered limit — Gregory A. Moore, 67, of Welcome; fined $685.

Sloan C. Blevins, 28, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway; fined $185, six months unsupervised probation, no careless or reckless driving, no driving too fast for the conditions, no same or similar.

Brock M. Hotovec, 18, of Winnebago was convicted of disorderly conduct; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year supervised probation, sentence to service one day for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency evaluation, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Also convicted of underage alcohol consumption; fined $100.

Travis R. Kopischke, 29, of Lakeville was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125.
