Duane L. Engebretson, 43, of Sherburn received a stay of adjudication on a charge of possess ammunition/any firearm-disqualified under various statutes; fined $500, two years unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law.

Brandon L. Loeschen, 39, of Granada was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 15 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served five days, serve as work release if eligible, serve balance of 25 days on home detention/electronic monitoring, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, report to agent as directed within 24 hours of sentencing, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Darin F. Sukalski, 35, of Welcome was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 21 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days, five years supervised probation, sentence to service 10 days for indeterminate, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, report to agent as directed within 24 hours of sentencing, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, cognitive skill training, obtain employment, maintain employment, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited was dismissed.

Travis S. Runge, 43, of Sherburn was convicted of give peace officer false name, birthdate or ID card; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Miranda L. Cady, 37, of Orlando, Fla., received a stay of adjudication on a charge of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $200, six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.
