Rigoberto Rubio Jr., 23 of Fairmont was convicted of fourth-degree damage to property-intentional damage and other circumstances; fined $85, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, restitution reserved for 30 days, report to agent as directed within 24 hours, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $500, sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, contact probation officer as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of introduce contraband into jail/lockup/prison was dismissed.

Jessica L. Weisbrod, 41, of Ringsted, Iowa received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $500, sentenced to jail nine days, credit for time served nine days, one year supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, contact probation officer as directed, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent, and trespass-return to property within one year, were both dismissed.

Gavin E. Flohre, 33, of Welcome received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 54 days, credit for time served 54 days, five years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, report to agent as directed within 24 hours of sentencing, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions of most recent chemical dependency assessment including completion of the FMJ County adult substance abuse court program, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charges of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were both dismissed.
