Additional charges of criminal vehicular operation-bodily harm under the influence of a controlled substance, careless driving, possession of over 1.4 grams of marijuana in a motor vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance, were all dismissed.

Maria D. Frausto Garnica, 40, of Wells was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140.

Melissa A. Cross, 43, of South Bend, Ind. was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $315. Also convicted of open bottle in a motor vehicle-(consume); fined $315.
