Chad D. Fure, 50, of Kiester was convicted of disorderly conduct-fighting or brawling; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as recommended by agent, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, complete chemical assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, no same or similar, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Jason A. Roe, 42, of Albert Lea received a stay of adjudication on a charge of issue dishonored check; fined $1,377.81, restitution $1,377.81, one year unsupervised probation, pay monthly minimum restitution off $100, fines, fees and surcharges are all waived. Additional charge of issue dishonored check was dismissed.
