Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Mickey D. Holland, 49, of Salmone, Ariz.; fined $110.

ATV violation-operate unregistered vehicle — Michael G. Findley, 60, of Granada; fined $135.

Failure to yield right-of-way at stop signs (blinking) — Rodney G. Matteson, 61, of Lakefield; fined $135.

Wireless communications device-engage in cellular phone or video call — Nicole K. Swiontek, 18, of Sherburn; fined $135.

Alysia M. Bolstad, 29, of Trimont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving after suspension; six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, fees are stayed for six months on the condition of no new similar violations of the law, no same or similar.

Ashley Jo Hilgendorf, 27, of Welcome had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution within three months, restitution reserved, no same or similar.

Colton J. Hilgendorf, 26, of Welcome was convicted of issue dishonored check-offense; one year unsupervised probation, pay restitution within four months, restitution reserved, no same or similar.

Andrew J. Schleininger, 34, of Westminster, Colo., received a stay of adjudication on a charge of domestic assault-intentionally inflicts/attempts to inflict bodily harm on another; one year supervised probation, complete diagnostic assessment including domestic violence prevention courses or individual therapy and follow all recommendations, Domestic No Contact (DANCO) although the defendant may text victim to facilitate parenting time with minor child or to discuss family insurance issues, no contact with victim(s) unless permitted by the DANCO, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, contact probation agent as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Julian Salazar Jr., 23, of Swea City, Iowa, was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Frank J. Rinella III, 52, of Hood River, Ore., received a stay of adjudication on a charge of littering on highway; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

William E. Truett, 45, of Philadelphia was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185.
