Samantha Jo Barber, 32, of Granada; fined $225.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Robert E. Tvedten, 37, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

Loni M. Atzenhoefer, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of giving peace officer false name of another person; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 300 days for two years, credit for time served 65 days. Additional charges of driving after suspension, and speeding, were both dismissed.

James A. Swartz, 64, of Lakefield was convicted of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-breath or test refusal or failure; fined $110, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 344 days for two years, credit for time served 21 days, two years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, attend MADD impact panel, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no use or possession of alcohol or mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment completed 3/4/20 including inpatient CD treatment and aftercare, remain law-abiding, complete diagnostic assessment and follow all recommendations, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Christopher J. Baer, 21, of Truman was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Additional charge of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required was dismissed.

Matthew R. Lange, 33, of Truman received a stay of adjudication on a charge of failure of driver to stop for a stop sign; fined $155, due within 14 days, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law for one year.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — April M. Heyse, 44, of Waukesha, Wis.; fined $110.

Failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle — Casey J. Thompson, 18, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Tucker L. Truebenbach, 18, of Vernon Center was convicted of failure to drive with due care; fined $125. Also convicted of wrong class/no endorsement; fined $100.
