No Minnesota registration — Paul Chadha, 46, of Chicago, Ill.; fined $180.

Driving after revocation — Jaryd M. Johnson, 21, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Driving after suspension — Brandy A. Heeren, 28, of Ceylon; fined $285.

Caitlyn J. Hennager, 19, of Fairmont was convicted of check forgery-offer/possess with intent to defraud; fined $85, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, certificate of restitution to be filed within 30 days, no same or similar.

Benjamin E. Isenberg, 42, of Winnebago was convicted of junk violation-other than weeds and grass; fined $50. Additional charges of snow removal on sidewalks, and solid waste collection/storage violation, were both dismissed.

Christopher J. Baer, 21, of Truman convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served four days, serve balance of time on electronic home monitoring with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, attend MADD impact panel, remain law-abiding, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, report to agent as directed, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of second-degree operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, driving after revocation, and open bottle law-possession, were all dismissed.

Adem C. Leach, 42, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail three days, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of motorcycle license violation-driving without endorsement was dismissed.

Deanna M. Nielsen, 38, of Fairmont was convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $285, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days.
