Nathan T. Jamieson, 26, of Milwaukee, Wis., received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $125, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

Alexey A. Solokhin, 32, of Columbus, Ohio, was convicted of CMV violation-use a hand-held mobile telephone while driving; fined $185. Additional charge of driving using headphones (for both ears) was dismissed.

Liberato Dutan Guaman, 44, of Minneapolis was convicted of load on passenger extends beyond line of fenders; fined $125. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.

Pablo Garcia Soc, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system not equipped or fastened; fined $50.
