Speeding — Bruce A. Levine, 56, of Walters; Rachel S. Kogel, 26, of Las Vegas, Nev.; David P. McMains, 51, of Sherburn; Paul A. Jagodzinske, 47, of Welcome; Blake M. Buntjer, 19, of Fairmont; each fined $125.

Window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance — Ricardo L. Ibarra, 20, of Marshalltown, Iowa; fined $135.

Move over law violation-two lanes in same direction — Connor P. Milne, 25, of Venice, Calif.; fined $135.

Brent N. Shaikoski, 38, of Winnebago received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of negligent fires-value of property $2,500 or more; sentenced to jail 115 days, credit for time served 115 days, three years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, cognitive skill training if directed by agent, restitution reserved for 30 days, counseling as directed by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, obtain employment, maintain employment, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign all releases of information, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Levi B. Eisenmenger, 31, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $435, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 89 days for one year, credit for time served one day, one year unsupervised probation, no assault, no assaultive behaviors, no same or similar. Additional charge of fifth-degree assault was dismissed.

Amber M. Shiplet, 30, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of nuisances prohibited-barking dog; one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar. Also convicted of emergency snow parking violation; fined $50. Also convicted on two separate charges of overnight parking violation; fined $10 for each charge.

Lawrence J. Smith, 49, of Port Ludlow, Wash. was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Nika R. Diekmann, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration; fined $185. Also convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited; fined $185.
