Mark D. Brown, 52, of Winnebago was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 352 days for two years, credit for time served 13 days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service 16 hours for indeterminate, no same or similar, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment program as directed by agent, follow all recommendations of the chemical dependency assessment, can offset fine against out-of-pocket expenses from program, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives if prohibited by law. An additional felony charge of terroristic threats-reckless disregard was dismissed.

Kassidy Jo Poole, 22, of Albert Lea was convicted of expired drivers license for person over 21; fined $185. Additional charge of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle was dismissed.

Lupe D. Gersdorf-Koons, 47, of Winnebago was convicted of disorderly conduct; sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, fines and surcharges waived.

Kegan J. Frandle-Fulmer, 18, of Blue Earth was convicted of ATV violation-training requirements for person age 16 and older; fined $135. Also convicted of ATV violation-fails to renew registration; fined $50.

Christina J. Moritz, 43, of Wilmington, Del. received a stay of adjudication on a charge of speeding; fined $125, one year probation to court, no same or similar.
