Underage alcohol consumption — Latell J. Chaney Jr., 18, of Fairmont; fined $185.

No proof of motor vehicle insurance — Jacob S. Bosshart, 20, of Lewisville; fined $285.

Amy M. Wiebe, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of harassment-violate restraining order within 10 years of previous domestic violence conviction; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 352 days for two years, credit for time served 13 days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment within 30 days of sentencing, follow recommendations of evaluation, no direct or indirect contact with victim(s), no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Juan D. Aguirre, 22, of Elmore was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $285, sentenced to jail four days, credit for time served four days. Additional charges of driver, who’s not owner, must later produce proof of insurance if required, and driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, were both dismissed.

Isaac E. Donnelly, 21, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent; fined $300, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

Benjamin C. Johnson, 19, of Granada received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/noisy/obscene; fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

James D. Kasel, 39, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, attend MADD impact panel and pay fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a physician, no alcohol/controlled substance possession unless prescribed by a physician, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, and operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, were both dismissed.

Jeffery M. Koch, 62, of Blue Earth was convicted of driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, work on getting drivers license re-instated, no same or similar.

Anibal Sebastian Chiel, 23, of Madelia was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $40.
