Driving after revocation — Adrien Almanza, 22, of St. James; fined $285.

Joshua L. Rosburg, 33, of Charter Oak, Iowa received a statutory stay of adjudication on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $500, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served 36 days, concurrent with other case, three years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment and follow all recommendations of evaluation including care and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, cognitive skill training as directed by agent, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Also convicted of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 345 days for two years, credit for time served 20 days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, complete diagnostic assessment within 60 days of sentencing and follow all recommendations for care and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Additional charges of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were both dismissed.

Christopher T, Duncan, 18, of Fairmont was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; sentence to service 12 hours for four months.

Veda R. McCarthy, 24, of Ceylon received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; six months unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.

Andrew L. Petersen, 34, of Dunnell had a charge of domestic assault-intentionally attempts to inflict bodily harm continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no assaultive behavior, no same or similar.
