Speeding — Brent S. Kelsey, 40, of Lake Crystal; Christine M. Steinhauer, 28, of Easton; each fined $125.

Heather M. Pedersen, 39, of Lake Villa, Ill.; fined $225.

Alison N. Subbert, 24, of Oakdale was convicted of speeding; fined $225. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Nicole L. Whitlow, 42, of Blue Earth was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $285. Additional charge of expired drivers license for person over 21 was dismissed.

Tiffany R. Fredrick, 39, of Minneapolis received a stay of imposition pursuant to Minnesota statutes on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $85, sentenced to jail five days, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, complete Rule 25 chemical assessment and follow recommendations, maintain monthly contact with Faribault County agent as directed, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

Rhonda J. Rasmussen, 30, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of domestic assault was dismissed.

Erica M. Rhoden, 48, of Austin was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $285. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200.

Orlando A. Burton, 52, of El Mirage, Ariz., received a stay of adjudication on a charge of CMV violation-use a hand-held mobile telephone while driving a CMV; fined $285, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.

Norbert Kovacs, 33, of Inver Grove Heights was convicted of gross weight exceeds registered limit; fined $585. Also convicted of CMV violation-driver has no record of duty status (log book) in possession; fined $100.

Ramon Briseno, 32, of Winnebago had a charge of disorderly conduct continued for dismissal; fined $100, one year unsupervised probation, remain law-abiding, no same or similar.
