Underage alcohol consumption — Carson C. Kuhl, 18, of Fairmont; fined $185.

Possession of 1.4 grams of marijuana in motor vehicle — Dominic D. Henricksen, 19, of Fairmont; fined $235.

Alec J. Byrne, 21, of Castle Rock, Colo., was convicted of open bottle law violation-drinking and consumption; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $140.

Amelia D. Fernandez, 32, of Sherburn was convicted of no proof of motor vehicle insurance; fined $200. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110.

Travis W. Darnell, 47, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, attend MADD impact panel and pay all fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, report to agent as directed within 24 hours, no same or similar, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle while under the influence of a controlled substance was dismissed.

John M. Kuperus, 50, of Fairmont was convicted of collision with unattended vehicle-notify victim or police; fined $385, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 30 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, certificate of restitution to be filed within 30 days.
