Erik V. Godwin, 40, of Dunnell was convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 28 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, pay costs, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.

Marcelo Perez Picornio, 55, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $145. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Alex D. Durenberger, 41, of Mankato was convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $110. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
