Ramiro P. Pablo, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185.

Tori Elizabeth J. Quade, 31, of Fairmont was convicted of financial transaction card fraud-use without consent; fined $172.44, restitution $87.44, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 305 days for two years, credit for time served 60 days, two years supervised probation, pay restitution ($87.44), follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, report to agent within 24 hours of release from jail, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Rachel A. Spencer, 39, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $1,085, sentenced to jail 55 days, credit for time served 55 days, five years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, report to agent as directed within 24 hours of sentencing, supply DNA sample, obtain employment, maintain employment, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Additional charge of possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, was dismissed.

Terry D. Thompson, 56, of Ceylon was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 30 days, stayed 27 days for six months, credit for time served three days, six months unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
