Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Austin P. Grayson, 21, of Minnesota Lake; Mirlan M. Maratbekov, 27, of Billings, Mont.; Jeffrey L. Olson, 39, of Winnebago; each fined $110.

Brady M. Tesch, 41, of Elmore was convicted of fifth-degree assault; fined $585, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 83 days for one year, credit for time served seven days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service 16 hours for indeterminate, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by agent, follow all recommendations of the updated chemical dependency assessment, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. An additional charge of domestic assault was dismissed.

Failure to drive with due care — James L. Willis, 53, of Wells; fined $125.

Child passenger restraint system-improperly worn or used — Melissa M. Miner, 26, of Mitchell, S.D.; fined $135.

Vicky Kasio, 23, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar. Also received a stay of adjudication on a charge of give peace officer false name/birthdate/ID card; fined $100, one year unsupervised monitoring without adjudication, no same or similar.
