Raul A. Ramirez Trejo, 28, of Emmetsburg, Iowa; fined $145.

Excess speeding in work zone — Timmy C. Tran, 46, of Circle Pines; fined $385.

Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Richard L. Klassen, 61, of Fairmont; fined $110.

Vehicle window restrictions-tint too dark — Mitchell H. Holtz, 30, of Trimont; fined $135.

Steven A. Bejarano, 41, of Fairmont was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 360 days for two years, credit for time served five days, two years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, attend MADD impact panel and pay all fees, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, no new arrests, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Oscar G. Rodriguez Espinosa, 27, of Blue Earth was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Miles L. Medearis, 36, of Mission, S.D., was convicted of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $285. Also convicted of speeding; fined $50.

Mitchell K. Blackburn, 20, of Algona, Iowa, was convicted of driver/owner allow open bottle; fined $185. Also convicted of underage possession of alcohol; fined $100.
