No Minnesota registration — Frederick C. Thaemlitz, 47, of Estherville, Iowa; fined $185.

Kassie Elaine L. Ringsbaker, 27, of Luverne was convicted of third-degree driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-blood or urine as required by search warrant; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 359 days for two years, credit for time served six days, two years supervised probation, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, attend MADD impact panel, follow all instructions of probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.

Also convicted of possess or receive stolen property; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 84 days for one year, credit for time served six days, one year supervised probation, remain law-abiding, follow all instructions of probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type was dismissed.

Chad M. Mart, 20, of Granada received a stay of adjudication on a charge of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $200, two years unsupervised monitoring without conviction, obtain drivers license, no same or similar, no driving without insurance, maintain insurance. Additional charges of driving after revocation and speeding, were both dismissed.

Dylan L. Stevens, 18, of Ceylon received a stay of adjudication on a charge of operate vehicle with illegal headlight or taillight covers (except stock); fined $100, six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, no other equipment violations.
