Wilfido Chavez Martin, 28, of Fairmont was convicted of second-degree driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $810, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for two years, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, attend MADD impact panel if recommended by probation agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, report to agent within 24 hours of sentencing, no new arrests, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charge of second-degree operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol was dismissed.

Justin R. Osborn, 33, was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree assault-substantial bodily harm; fined $585, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 18 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 60 days, credit for time served 38 days, five years supervised probation, restitution reserved for 60 days, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, address Arizona warrant and pending charges soon, remain medication compliant, complete diagnostic assessment, no assaultive, abusive or violent behaviors, report to agent within 24 hours from custody, no contact with victim(s) or victim’s family members, follow all conditions set forth in probation agreement, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. Two additional felony charges of fourth-degree assault of peace officer-demonstrable bodily harm, and obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, were both dismissed.

Tyler J. Zebedee, 28, of Dunnell was convicted of muffler required on vehicle; fined $135. Also convicted of windshield restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed; fined $50.

Joshua L. Lapray, 32, of Chicago, Ill. was convicted of speeding; fined $485, sentenced to jail 10 days, stayed 10 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar.
