Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Dakota E. Kalis, 24, of Blue Earth; fined $110.

Failure to stop at stop signs or stop lines at entrance to thru highway — Logan M. O’Hara, 16, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

Failure of driver to stop for stop sign — Brandon J. Wendlandt, 30, of Amboy; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — Kimberly K. Gonzalez, 46, of St. James; fined $285.

John R. Niebuhr, 73, of Wells was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, complete chemical use assessment and follow all recommendations, attend MADD impact panel, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor was dismissed.

Matthew F. Beck, 30, of Elmore was convicted of violation of Order for Protection; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, complete a cost benefit analysis with agent, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Katelyn Jo Kerg, 19, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $100, one year unsupervised probation, complete a video or paper on “how to handle anger and frustration appropriately” and “how my actions affected others” and submit to probation within 45 days, no assault or disorderly conduct, no same or similar.

Carla S. Lawrence, 52, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $110, six months unsupervised probation, write letter of apology to Blue Earth Police Department within 30 days, provide copy of completed chemical dependency evaluation to prosecution, follow all recommendations of evaluation, no same or similar.
