No Minnesota drivers license — Daniel Sanchez Arriaga, 22, of (no address given); fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Blanca D. Paz, 46, of Fairmont; John J. Minessali Jr., 27, of Fairmont; each fined $285.

Scott C. Goodrich, 37, of Elmore was convicted of harassment-violate restraining order; fined $85, sentenced to jail 64 days, credit for time served 64 days. Additional charge of harassment-violate restraining order was dismissed.

Trevor C. Knudson, 34, of Fairmont was convicted of collision-driver involved fails to stop for collision with driven or attended vehicle; fined $285, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, restitution reserved, no moving or traffic violations of a misdemeanor level or greater. Additional charge of driving after suspension was dismissed.

Kailey L. Boyd, 25, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a charge of uninsured vehicle-owner violation; fined $300, two years unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, maintain insurance on any motor vehicle owned by the defendant. Additional charges of driving after revocation, and speeding, were both dismissed.

John W. Herron, 78, of Truman was convicted of vehicle registration violation-intent to escape tax; fined $385, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for two years, two years unsupervised probation, no misdemeanor or greater violations of the law, no driving without valid drivers license and insurance or when registering a vehicle. Additional charges of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle, driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, and failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle, were all dismissed.

Christian J. Rosa Martinez, 26, of Sioux Falls, S.D. was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Jacob A. Palmer, 27, of Des Moines, Iowa was convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota registration; fined $100.
