Speeding — Princess Christina L. Schultze, 35, of Fairmont; Debra A. Wolter, 47, of Granada; each fined $125.

Driving after revocation — Joshua M. Pritchard, 35, of Mankato; fined $285.

Dakota J. Norris, 20, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of driver involved fails to stop for collision with driven or unattended vehicle; fined $300, six months probation to the court, no same or similar. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $285. Additional charge of uninsured vehicle-owner violation was dismissed.

Gerardo E. Martinez Jr., 25, of St. Peter was convicted of domestic assault-subsequent violation; fined $835, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 323 days for two years, credit for time served 42 days, two years supervised probation, follow all the recommendations of chemical dependency treatment providers including aftercare, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as required by MN statutes, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, no contact with victim until completion of domestic abuse program, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. An additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation was dismissed.

Zachary J. Walz, 23, of Blue Earth was convicted of disorderly conduct-brawling or fighting; fined $185, six months unsupervised probation, no assault, no disorderly conduct. Additional charge of possession of small amount of marijuana-no remuneration was dismissed.

Alex M. Mendenhall, 21, of Fairmont received a stay of adjudication on a felony charge of theft of motor vehicle; fined $585, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served 30 days, three years supervised probation, obtain GED and provide agent proof of completion for the credit, continue in individual therapy as directed by agent, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, obtain full-time employment, maintain employment, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, give a DNA sample when directed, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Jose R. Ruiz, 55, of Wells was convicted of domestic abuse-violate No Contact Order within 10 years of previous conviction; sentenced to jail 26 days, credit for time served 26 days. Additional felony charge of domestic assault was dismissed.
