Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Teddy E. Nielsen, 36, of Fairmont; Monica J. Pavich, 34, of Trimont; each fined $110.

Hands free law-initiate/compose/send/retrieve/read electronic message — Eloise R. Asfora, 21, of Sioux Falls, S.D.; fined $135.

Failure of driver to stop for a stop sign — Briclyn R. Bonin, 22, of Fairmont; fined $135.

Driving after revocation — Jaime A. Gonzalez, 25, of Mankato; fined $285.

Brandon D. Buesing, 30, of Elmore had a charge of issue dishonored check-offense continued for dismissal; six months unsupervised monitoring without conviction, pay restitution, no same or similar.

Gina M. Garcia, 42, of Arcadia, Wis. was convicted of driving after revocation; fined $335. Also convicted of speeding; fined 335. Also convicted of driving after suspension; fined $185.Additional charge of unlawful passing-against signs was dismissed.

Kristie L. North, 36, of Duluth was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no same or similar.

Tanner D. Kent, 28, of Richfield was convicted of driver who’s not owner must later produce proof of insurance if required; fined $200. Also convicted of speeding; fined $135.

Dewayne L. Glenn, 35, of Crystal was convicted of window tint violation-less than 50 percent light transmittance; fined $135. Also convicted of bumper height for truck-25 inches; fined $50.

Shawn D. Hillesheim, 20, of St. James was convicted of speeding; fined $135. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
