Andrea Jo Heinz, 39, of Mankato was convicted of driving while impaired-refuse to submit to chemical test-blood or urine as required by search warrant; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 363 days for two years, credit for time served two days, two years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of the evaluation, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, no alcohol/controlled substance possession with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, don’t enter bars or liquor stores, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Amanda Jo Osmundson, 35, of Elmore was convicted of fourth-degree driving while impaired; fined $610, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 88 days for one year, credit for time served two days, one year supervised probation, follow recommendations of the current chemical dependency evaluation completed 6/15/20, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of third-degree driving while impaired-one aggravating factor was dismissed.
