Vehicle window restrictions-windshield tinted or glazed — Alexander R. Dunker, 23, of Aberdeen, S.D.; fined $135.

Driving after suspension — Colton J. Hines, 25, of Fairmont; fined $285.

Ryan Joseph J. Stetler, 28, of Breckenridge was convicted on a felony charge of possession of stolen property; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 329 days for one year, credit for time served 36 days, one year supervised probation, follow all instructions of probation, report to agent as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also received a statutory stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; one year supervised probation, follow all instructions of probation, report to agent as directed, complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, no alcohol/controlled substance use with the exception of prescribed medications, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Two additional felony charges of third-degree burglary, and theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent, and misdemeanor charges of driving after suspension, theft-take/use/transfer movable property without consent, trespassing-return to property within one year, and possession of drug paraphernalia-use prohibited, were all dismissed.

Cassidy G. Wannarka, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of marijuana in motor vehicle-more than 1.4 grams; fined $235. Also convicted of underage possession of alcohol; fined $100.

Walter D. Romero Guerra, 32, of Fairmont was convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Also convicted of failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle; fined $25.
