Careless driving-operate any vehicle carelessly on street or highway — Adeline E. Lande Burtt, 35, of Blue Earth; fined $185.

No Minnesota driver’s license — Pedro Silvestre Hernandez, 23, of Woodburn, Ore.; fined $185.

Carol E. Comstock, 55, of Elmore was convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of contributing to the need for protection or services was dismissed.

Mercades M. Duckworth, 29, of Indianapolis, Ind. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Jesse J. Fischer, 48, of Fort Atkinson, Iowa, was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 91 days, credit for time served 91 days, fine and surcharges are waived. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance was dismissed.

Nancy A. Crepeau, 69, of Milford, Iowa; fined $135.

Antonio Picornio, 98, of Fairmont was convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; fined $200. Also convicted of failure of driver to stop for a stop sign; fined $135. Also convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $100. Also convicted of fail to yield right-of-way to driver on right at controlled intersection; fined $50.
