No Minnesota driver’s license — Pedro Silvestre Hernandez, 23, of Woodburn, Ore.; fined $185.

Carol E. Comstock, 55, of Elmore was convicted of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer; fined $385, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, no same or similar. Additional charge of contributing to the need for protection or services was dismissed.

Mercades M. Duckworth, 29, of Indianapolis, Ind. was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Jesse J. Fischer, 48, of Fort Atkinson, Iowa, was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; sentenced to jail 91 days, credit for time served 91 days, fine and surcharges are waived. Additional charge of operate motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance was dismissed.
