Speeding — Bridget E. Smith, 45, of Goodrich, Mich.; fined $145.

Lori Cervantes, 24, of Blue Earth received a stay of adjudication on a charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $100, sentenced to jail two days, credit for time served two days, six months unsupervised probation, no assault. Additional charge of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer was dismissed.

Levi J. Byler, 30, of Rochester was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 351 days for two years, credit for time served 14 days, two years supervised probation, follow all recommendations of the updated chemical dependency assessment completed 3/27/2020, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, remain at Cronin Home Inc. and participate in all programming suggested by administration and discharge is only at the discretion of Cronin Home in conjunction with probation, notify and cooperate with probation in planning subsequent residency, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charge of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene was dismissed.

April M. Valliant, 35, of Granada was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 365 days for one year, one year supervised probation, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives.

Michael D. Paschke Jr., 25, of Winnebago was convicted of disorderly conduct-offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene; fined $185. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $185. Additional charge of no proof of motor vehicle insurance was dismissed.
