Driving after revocation — Adrian J. Moscoffian, 22, of (no address given); fined $285.

Kyle W. Else, 45, of Lewisville was convicted of driving while impaired-alcohol concentration 0.08 within two hours; fined $435, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment and submit proof to court, follow recommendations of evaluation, attend MADD impact panel and submit proof of completion within one year to the court, no alcohol/controlled substance use if recommended by CD assessment, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, remain law-abiding and have no further offenses. Additional charges of fourth-degree driving while impaired, operate motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, and open bottle law-possession, were all dismissed.

Tasha A. Copley, 20, of Fairmont was convicted of obstruct lawful execution of legal process; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 86 days for one year, credit for time served four days, one year supervised probation, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all instructions of probation, complete chemical assessment, counseling, obtain GED, remain law-abiding, contact probation agent within 72 hours if you’ve been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if you change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of your person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by your probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives.
