Shannon F. Fuller, 44, of Blue Earth; fined $225.

Open bottle in motor vehicle (consume) — Andreas B. Graham, 42, of Truman; fined $185.

Adem C. Leach, 42, of Fairmont was convicted of speeding; fined $140. Also convicted of driving without motorcycle endorsement; fined $135.

Ricky L. Durbin, 57, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of solicit child to engage in sexual conduct-prohibited act; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 18 months, supply DNA sample. Also convicted on a felony charge of predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 18 months, concurrent with other case, supply DNA sample. Two additional felony charges of prostitution-hire or agree to hire 13-15 year old, and predatory offender-knowingly commits act or fails to fulfill registration requirement, were both dismissed.

Michael A. Porter, 29, of Fairmont was convicted of malicious punishment of a child; sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 335 days for two years, credit for time served seven days, serve work release if eligible or STS if meets jail qualifications, two years supervised probation, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no contact with victim(s), complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, follow MCHS case plan, Domestic No Contact (DANCO) for two years, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Also convicted of domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death; sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 60 days for one year, credit for time served seven days, serve work release if eligible or STS if meets jail qualifications, one year supervised probation, complete domestic abuse batterer’s intervention program, no alcohol/controlled substance use, random testing, no contact with victim(s), complete chemical assessment, follow recommendations of evaluation, remain law-abiding, report to agent as directed, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives. Additional charges of obstruct legal process-interfere with peace officer, and domestic assault-commits act to cause fear of immediate bodily harm or death, were both dismissed.
