Jose E. Lara, 31, of Marshalltown, Iowa; fined $225.

Failure of driver approaching yield sign to yield to crossing vehicles or pedestrians — Robert T. Murphy, 90, of Blue Earth; fined $135.

Robert M. Bogdas, 40, of Portland, Ore., was convicted of speeding; fined $125. Also convicted of no Minnesota drivers license; fined $100.

Alexandria L. Henry, 40, of Jackson was convicted on a felony charge of second-degree controlled substance possession-25 grams or more of narcotic drug; fined $2,585, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 48 months, stayed 10 years, sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 18 days, serve as work release if eligible, 10 years supervised probation, complete chemical assessment, follow all recommendations of evaluation including care and aftercare, no alcohol/controlled substance use unless prescribed by a licensed medical provider, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, take medications in the prescribed dosage and frequency, cognitive skill training if recommended by agent, follow all recommendations of mental health evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored. An additional felony charge of first-degree controlled substance sales-17 grams or more of a narcotic drug was dismissed.

Gavin W. Jensen, 36, of Fairmont was convicted on a felony charge of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 13 months, stayed five years, sentenced to jail 30 days, credit for time served eight days, five years supervised probation, follow all conditions set forth in the probation agreement, provide list of prescribed medications to probation officer, obtain employment, maintain employment, complete chemical assessment and follow recommendations of evaluation, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, no alcohol/controlled substance use, no alcohol/controlled substance possession, random testing, report to agent as directed, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if changes address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use/possess firearms, ammunition, or explosives, don’t register to vote or vote until discharged from probation and civil rights are fully restored.

John D. Mounsamrouath, 39, of Jackson was convicted on a felony charge of third-degree controlled substance possession-10 grams or more of a narcotic drug; fined $85, commit to Commissioner of Corrections 39 months, supply DNA sample. An additional felony charge of second-degree controlled substance possession-25 grams or more of a narcotic drug was dismissed.
