Underage alcohol consumption — Samuel A. Zebro, 19, of Wells; Evan J. Linder, 18, of Easton; each fined $185.

Driving after revocation — Brandon L. Anderson, 43, of Blue Earth; fined $285.

Roger D. Rodenz, 41, of Blue Earth was convicted of fifth-degree controlled substance possession-not small amount of marijuana; fined $585, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 361 days for two years, credit for time served four days, two years supervised probation, sentence to service three days for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of the most current chemical dependency assessment including aftercare, continue to address mental health concerns through medication management with primary care doctor as well as return to therapy services with qualified professional, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law.

Bryan L. Vedders, 55, of Easton was convicted of domestic assault; fined $335, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 87 days for one year, credit for time served three days, one year supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, no contact with victim(s), Domestic No Contact (DANCO) for one year, no same or similar, complete domestic abuse counseling/treatment as directed by agent, attend counseling until discharged by a therapist and follow all recommendations, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if been charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, give a DNA sample when directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. An additional felony charge of domestic assault by strangulation, and a misdemeanor charge of malicious punishment of a child, were both dismissed.

Jose A. Fernandez-Ruiz, 25, of Worthington was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of speeding; fined $60.
