Failure to wear seat belt while in a motor vehicle — Chad E. Hannaman, 47, of Granada; fined $110.

Cody M. Pitts, 24, of Windom was convicted of driving after cancellation; fined $285. Also convicted of no insurance-owner violation; fined $200.

Juan D. Aguirre, 22, of Elmore was convicted of second-degree operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $865, sentenced to jail 365 days, stayed 275 days for two years, credit for time served four days, may serve 60 days on EHM house arrest with alco-sensor, two years supervised probation, sentence to service two days for indeterminate, follow all recommendations of chemical dependency evaluation completed 2/20/20, complete Driving with Care program if directed by probation agent, attend MADD impact panel, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, restitution reserved for 30 days, obtain permission from agent before leaving the state, follow all state and federal criminal laws, contact probation agent within 72 hours if charged with a new crime; are in contact with law enforcement; if change address, employment, or telephone number, cooperate with search of person, residence, vehicle, workplace, property, etc. by probation officer, sign releases of information as directed, don’t use or possess firearms, ammunition or explosives if prohibited by law. Additional charges of third-degree operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, fourth-degree operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, and driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type, were all dismissed.

Robynn A. Muravez, 40, of Elmore received a stay of adjudication on a charge of issue dishonored check-offense; fined $241.96, restitution $141.96, six months unsupervised probation, pay restitution, no same or similar. Additional charge of issue dishonored check-offense was dismissed.

Nathaniel J. Roberts, 23, of Wells received a stay of adjudication on a charge of fifth-degree assault-inflict or attempt bodily harm; fined $200, six months unsupervised probation, complete chemical assessment within 30 days and follow all recommendations, no mood-altering chemicals including alcohol, random testing, no same or similar. Additional charge of domestic assault was dismissed.
