Also convicted of operate motor vehicle with expired registration; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days, fine and surcharges waived. Also convicted of fail to deliver certificate to transferee within 10 days; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days, fine and surcharges waived. Also convicted of failure of driver to carry proof of insurance when operating a vehicle; sentenced to jail 90 days, credit for time served 90 days, concurrent with current prison sentence, fine and fees waived. Also convicted of general vehicle window prohibitions-no cracked or discolored windshields; no sentence pronounced, fine and surcharges waived.

Thostenson, 50, of Alden was convicted of operate motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol; fined $410, sentenced to jail 90 days, stayed 90 days for one year, one year unsupervised probation, follow recommendations of the Rule 25 assessment that has been completed, no mood-altering chemicals, random testing, attend MADD impact panel. Additional charge of speeding was dismissed.
