Trucking regulation-seat belt violation in a commercial vehicle — Brad W. Twait, 51, of Northrop; fined $110.

Hands free law-engage in cellular phone or video call — Rosalie A. Peterson, 48, of Jackson; fined $135.

Pedro AC Juarez, 22, of Windom was convicted of driving without a valid drivers license for vehicle class or type; fined $185. Also convicted of driving wrong way on one-way street; fined $100. Also convicted of child passenger restraint system not fastened-child under the age of 8 and under 57 inches tall; fined $50.

Michael H. Johannsen, 34, of Fairmont was convicted on two separate charges of snow emergency parking violation; fined $72 for each charge.
